The location was particularly good and fab there, in centre of town close to local shops. The staffs were superbly friendly & incredibly nice. The continental breakfast was savoury, I liked the food.

I've stayed here before and would stay here again. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was homely, clean and met requirements. The location was marvellous - in the centre of Carmarthen. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with veggie options and offered toast and eggs.

Exceptionally nice, consistently courteous staff, magnificent location next to Tenby and St Davids as well as Carmarthen for a holiday for a romantic break. Also, in the centre of the town with private parking. A decent size rooms, very nice stay for a business trip!

Great value for the money, comfortable and clean rooms with a lovely wet room option for those with mobility issues. The hotel's location was convenient, especially for visiting Glangwili Hospital, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from thicker blackout curtains to prevent early morning sunlight from disturbing sleep.
